Mr. Jigang He is an accomplished entrepreneur and business executive with more than 30 years of experience spanning mechanical engineering, electronics distribution, and hospitality management. He began his career as a system design engineer with Changjiang Shipping Group and holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering in Fluid Transmission Control from Wuhan Polytechnic University.

He also serves as a Director of Ridgestone Mining Inc., a TSXV-listed company. At Quarterback Resources, he is responsible for executing corporate strategy, overseeing operations, and guiding exploration initiatives at the Twin Project in British Columbia.

Mr. Erwin Wong is a seasoned finance executive and Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience across corporate finance, capital markets, and Asian business development. He earned his CA designation in 1994 after articling with Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC).

His background includes senior roles with Canadian brokerage operations, a publicly listed Asian telecommunications company, and multiple TSXV and CSE issuers. At Quarterback Resources, Mr. Wong oversees financial planning, compliance, budgeting, and fundraising activities.

Mr. Clive Brookes brings more than 25 years of executive experience in Canada’s public markets and junior mining sector. He is the President of Sunrise Communications Ltd., a firm providing management services to public companies. Mr. Brookes also serves as President, CEO, and Director of Atoro Capital Corp., a public company listed on the NEX board. He holds the same positions with Goldcana Resources Inc., which trades on the CSE.

His previous roles include: Chairman of Juggernaut Exploration Ltd.; CFO, Secretary, and Director of Energulf Resources Inc.; and CFO and Director of Candelaria Mining Corp.

Mr. Brookes has extensive knowledge in regulatory compliance, financial reporting, and corporate governance for exploration companies.

Mr. Steven McMillin is a Certified Professional Geologist with more than 35 years of mineral exploration experience throughout Nevada and the western United States. He has held senior technical roles with Rangefront Mining Services, Jerritt Canyon Gold, Midway Gold, AngloGold, and Newmont. He is a registered CPG with the American Institute of Professional Geologists and a member of the Geological Society of Nevada and the Society of Economic Geologists.
